As Chartered Management Accountants we have a duty of care to you and we observe the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Our services to you will only be completed by an accountant fully competent to perform such work. We therefore accept liability up to a maximum of £100,000, where any loss or damage has arisen as a result of negligence or a material breach of our terms of engagement.

Where any loss or damage occurs as the result of you providing misleading or false information no liability will be accepted.

The advice we give you is not to be used by a third party without written consent.  We also accept no legal responsibility from third party for use of the financial information provided by us.

We are also fully insured for Public Liability, with a Limit of Indemnity of £1,000,000.
